1.Spindle: Equipped with high productivity, high rigidity and high precision custom-grade spindle
- The spindle box is designed with dense ribs, which enhances rigidity and is more conducive to heat dissipation, ensuring the thermal stability of spindle processing.
- The long-span spindle box and optimal placement make our overall coordination superior, and we can achieve stable machining accuracy even with strong cutting.
- The barrel-type spindle unit is original and customized from Taiwan. Although it is expensive, its accuracy, rigidity and durability are impeccable.
2.High speed turret: Reduce non-cutting time
- Continuously pursue high-speed technology and significantly reduce non-cutting time.
- For servo turret or servo power turret, we use imported high-precision, high-rigidity brands, high-precision three-tooth positioning structure, high-speed opening and closing, and the shortest path for tool change.
- In order to shorten the machine adjustment time, we emphasize the interchangeability of the tool holder.
- In order to cope with a variety of processing needs, we can also choose Y-axis power turrets for customers, as well as imported brand hydraulic turrets.
