2.Bed Frame:Integral multi-cavity honeycomb bed
- The mechanism design uses PRO-E structural analysis and dynamic simulation, combined with ANSYS and NASTRAN for optimization to achieve the most coordinated and stable structure.
- The basic structural parts of the machine tool adopt the internationally popular Meehanite cast iron process; thanks to excellent design capabilities and casting capabilities, a precise and stable structure can be realized; with the help of ERP, we have effectively optimized our reserve capacity, making Each structural component has sufficient natural aging time, and combined with two manual annealings, the entire mechanism has excellent accuracy retention and high-speed processing stability.
